The Felix Wooden Playhouse

The Felix playhouse is a fantastic 6ftx4ft playhouse on stilts with Veranda, slide and ladder that will create a whole world of adventures for your Little Rascals.

The Felix playhouse itself is finished off to the highest detail, including all edging, windows, doors and roof finals painted in 3 coats of white.

The Stilts are painted in our modern, Dolphin Grey colour which contrasts superbly against the playhouse colour of your choice and the white detailing. 

The Felix comes complete with one side window and two front windows, add a 4th window should you wish from the optional extras that are available.

As the Felix is designed to be modular, you can decide which side of the playhouse the window panel is fitted, left or right, depending on your garden to suit best.

A big feature of the Felix, because it is modular means that you can decide where the ladder and slide fit within the Veranda, either at the front or left or right to the side.

The floor of the Veranda is made of non slip, decking wood, painted a darker shade of grey to contrast further against the Dolphin Grey of the stilts.

To add yet another dimension and creation to the Felix playhouse, why not purchase a climbing wall from the optional extras.

Every playhouse ordered is individually manufactured, painted and wrapped for protection prior to delivery.

Once your order is placed, an email will be sent to you advising that  your order has been passed over to the production department where you playhouse will be manufactured by our skilled craftsmen.

After it has been manufactured, it is sent to the painting department to start the paint process. At this point you will receive another email, keeping you updated along the way. 

The painting of your playhouse is a 3-stage process. Firstly, the wood is given a light sand down before a water based, white wood primor is applied. Once this is dry, two coats of your chosen colour are applied using a water based, opague paint. 

Opague paint will give a solid colour finish to completely enhance your playhouse.

Once the paint department is satisfied that the finish of up to the quality expected of Little Rascals Playhouses, it is snet over for packing and dispatch, at this point you will receive another email notification of this, keeping you updated all along the way of the different processes.

Each panel and part is individually protected with the relevant packaging materials to ensure that the playhouse arrives to you in the condition that it leaves our production and dispatch warehouse.

Sometimes it is inevitable that some of the paint work may get bumped or scratched either during transit or most likely as it is being assembled. For this reason a free pot of touch up paint is supplied with every playhouse dispatched.

10-14 Working Day Delivery.

Delivery is free to UK mainland.

We use two methods of delivery, either on one of our own dedicated vehicles or via a national pallet network. You will be notified by email at the point of dispatch which method is chosen, this will be decided based upon your postcode.

If delivery is by one of our dedicated vehicles you will receive an email notifying you of the day of delivery, followed by a SMS message on the morning of delivery with an hours delivery slot.

If your delivery is via the national pallet network you will receive a call directly from them to arrange the day of delivery. 

We are able to deliver this product to Northern Ireland, Jersey and Guernsey with a surcharge of £125. Please contact us if you wish to place an order for delivery to these locations as our website's checkout process may not accept an address in these postcodes.

Please note we are unable to deliver to Scottish Offshore Islands. 

Our garden buildings are colour painted, to order, with a water based timber treatment for protection and finish. In order to receive the full 10 year guarantee, it is necessary that you treat the garden building with a high quality, timber preservative within 12 months of construction. This will protect the timber from weathering and will need to be repeated accordingly in relation to manufacturer's instructions.

This guarantee does not cover:

1. movement, warping or splitting of the timber over time;
2. damage caused by or as a result of misuse;
3. glazing material, joinery or roofing felt.

We shall not be liable to the you or be deemed to be in breach of the contract by reason of any delay in performing or any failure to perform, any of our obligations in relation to the goods, if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond our reasonable control. This warranty is only valid in the UK.

The guarantee is invalid if:

1. The building has not been constructed on a firm, level base;
2. The building has not been constructed or installed as per the instructions;
3. The building has been customised or modified in any way;
4. The person claiming is not the original purchaser of the building;
5. The building has not been treated, at least, every 12 months.
6. The building has been touched by an external wall or in contact with a tree or a bush. As this would allow moisture to penetrate the building.
7. A damp proof membrane is not laid between the floor joists and the base;
8. Roofing felt is not properly maintained.

Some of the products may be made from wood or other natural materials and unlike steel or plastic or other man made materials are affected by its environment. Also each piece of timber will have grains and knots which will vary. These variations can absorb treatment and react to the atmosphere differently.

Some splitting of the timber may occur as it expands and contracts with changes in humidity and temperature, knots may also fall out, this is perfectly natural and does not affect the integrity of the product and does not class as damage or faulty unless it makes the building unfit for purpose.
