If you choose our assembly service, our installation team will contact you once you receive your order to arrange for a build date.

    Step 1: Buy Your Swingset or Climbing Frame 🛒

    When buying your swingset or climbing frame simply select an installation service as an add-on.

  • Step 2: Arrange Your Build Date 📅

    Our installation team will be in touch to arrange a build date. Our team will also call you to confirm the appointment the day before and text their ETA on the morning of the build. Please note that a 48 hour cancellation notice is required, otherwise you will be charged the full installation cost.

    Step 3: We'll build it for you 🔧

    The build will take place on the agreed date. Our team will only install the swingset or climbing frame - our installation service does not include the installation of any accessories, or any ground works required such as digging holes. Our team will also not be able to dispose of any rubbish from the build.

🚚 When speaking to our installation team, please advise of any parking restrictions or access issues at the property. If a parking permit is required, this must be supplied by you.
